Very Friendly staff and helpful when ordering in English .Great coffee to boot.

Yummy coffee and pastries. I had an espresso and chocolate muffin. Seating can be a challenge at busy hours.

Good food, service and prices, but the taste of chocolate is too soft for my taste. The supreme chocolate cake was little dry and hot chocolate wasn't good.

Coffee was delicious, the pastry I had was tasty and the style of the coffee shop was unique. Great vibe.

It's a chain that serves overly roasted espresso that tastes burnt, highly resembles Starbucks. The aesthetic is nice and cozy, prices are reasonable, and the fresh coffee is decent if you get drip. The espresso mix is pretty below average and they never change it so you're guaranteed a mediocre experience every time. Staff was very nice.

Latte is very good and the cheese cake is also amazing! I really like it.

The Mokacchino is so good, so as the macaroons.

One of, if not the best coffee I had in Canada. Great vibe and friendly staff too.

Food is fresh and their portions are huge especially if you are visiting with kids. Great for breakfast, lunch or a quick bite. Awesome tea, coffee and hot cocoa. For a chain it is quite impressive.

Nice coffee and pastry. It is a bit pricey, but nice

Cozy spot with great coffee and espresso options. Great energy from very friendly staff. If you like drinking your carefully crafted, barista prepared drink out of a pickle jar, this is the place for you. Why they do this, is beyond me. Pickles go in pickle jars, beer goes in a glass, coffee goes in a COFFEE MUG.

Great little cafe with at least 2 or 3 locations within walking distance in Old Quebec. I only tried 3 macaroons while here for a pre-dinner treat and they were very satisfactory. I had a chocolate, salted caramel and creme brûlée macaron. The later two had a strong caramel taste which I loved and all of them were very soft and with enough bite.

nice and warm interior and decoration, very friendly staff. and it was delicious.

Food was very good. Coffee was great too. Good place to go with no kids... the chairs are too high for kids under 10 years old. Would totally come back just for another coffee bowl.

Amazing food and tea; their pecan pie is amazing, and the atmosphere is just as nice.

This place is very cozy. The service was excellent and the staff was competent and friendly. Their coffee was the best I had had in a long time. I definitely recommend you visit one of their downtown locations.

Nice place in the heart of Old Quebec. Good coffee, good food, and a really nice atmosphere. Reasons they did not get five stars from me is 1.) The queue line is really unintuitive since it begins at the back of the shop instead of the front where you walk in and 2.) The ceramic mug they give you if you choose the 'sit in' option have no handles which can make for a hot potato coffee drinking experience. Maybe I just got a busted cup. Regardless, get your coffee in to-go cups.

Amazing place!I ordered a Matcha latte and it was really good. My girlfriend ordered a caffe late with whipped cream and a chocolate muffin, and they were also so good. The coffee was perfect and the baristas were bilingual and so nice.I really recommend a little break here from all the walking and site seeing :)

Great space for working or just sitting down for a coffee and one of their amazing desserts, including a killer fig and coconut bar. The coffee quality was pretty amazing.

I can't tell for the coffee because I ain't a coffee drinker BUT the food there is simple with the quality definitely there. From the daily soupe, couples of fresh salads and good sandwiches to the desserts, you taste de freshness. The tea are ok too. Specially the plain one, so quenching. Price is very acceptable. The staff is always friendly too and the place is always clean.

Took americano and got disappointed. Didnt like the grains of the coffee probably, and not strong at all. I had higher expectations :( a bit chain like. The baristas were condescendant.

The bar is pretty high in Old Quebec City and Café La Maison Smith clears it easily. Serving their own roasted coffee, these guys are making their mark.

Both butter croissant and macarons were just delicious! Beautiful, calm place, and friendly staff.

Nice coffee but my pastry was stale even though I bought it at 6.30 as soon as the cafe opened :-(

This modern cafe offered pre-made savoury food and pastries such as sandwiches, cakes, pies and macarons. We had the croque Monsieur, raspberry cheesecake, strawberry pie and what they called "Canadian" coffee (maple syrup in an Americano). Everything was enjoyable if not quite standard, nothing standing out, however it was a good place to grab a quick bite and drink and watch the passing pedestrian traffic. This cafe is a little less busier than some of the other popular venues on the street. There's some seating here, from indoor tables to a couple of Al fresco tables as well as a long bench at the front so that you can soak up and enjoy the busy tourist street atmosphere.

The coffee and pastries were incredible. They were severely understaffed (only two people) but they managed the line perfectly with great service and friendliness.

Nice spot to start our day in Quebec! We ordered a almond croissant, a dirty chai and a regular coffee. Everything tasted great and it looks like they also sell some homemade and fresh-looking granola bars which we’ll check out on our way out. We’ll be back!!!

The atmosphere in the restaurant had a great buzz. Friendly and courteous staff moved the long lines efficiently. The espresso was smooth and delicious. I liked it so much, I picked up a bag of beans to try at home.
